1.What is the juicer you are using?

For the juices we are using an Omega juicer.

2. What is the blender you are using?

For the smoothies we are using a Vitamix blender.

3. What is the difference between a juice and a smoothie?

The smoothie includes the pulp of the fruits and veggies and has a high dietary fiber content. The juices have no pulp, therefore not much (if any) dietary fiber. To make a smoothie you need a blender, and to make a juice you need a juicer.

4. How do you know the nutritional value of your juices and smoothies?

We are using the CRON-O-Meter web application.
