Ginger and Greens Juice

1 cup fresh Spinach

2 medium leaves Kale

6-8 outer leaves of a Boston Lettuce

1 large Apple

1 inch (2-3 cm) fresh Ginger (peeled)

Wash everything well and juice all your ingredients in a juicer. Drink immediately.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Rich in following Nutrients – Omega 3, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium
