Blueberry, Kale and Wheatgrass Protein Smoothie

1 cup fresh leaves of Kale (washed)

1 Tablespoon of Organic Wheat Grass Powder

1/2 cup Blueberries (washed)

1/2 medium Banana (peeled and sliced)

1/4 cup Orange Juice or 1 small Orange (peeled and seeds removed)

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/4 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Yield ~ 1 cup
