Pear, Orange and Cinnamon Protein Smoothie

1 medium ripe Pear (cored)

1/4 cup Orange Juice or 1 small Orange (peeled)

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

1 Tablespoon of Hemp Protein Powder

1/2 Teaspoon ground Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon ground Flaxseed

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Delicious!

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 280 kcal

Rich in following Nutrients – 10.5 gr Protein, Omega 3, Omega 6, 11.6 gr Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Zinc
