Protein rich Smoothie

1 medium Banana (peeled and sliced)

1/2 cup Raspberries (washed)

1-2 cups of Romaine Lettuce (washed and sliced)

1/2 sweet red Pepper (washed and cored)

1 Tablespoon of Hemp Protein Powder

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Creamy and delicious!

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 290 Kcal
