Grapefruit, Ginger and Carrot Protein Juice

1/2 Grapefruit (peeled)

1/2 cup Spinach

1 large Carrot

1 large stalk Celery

1/4 large Cucumber

1 small Beet (peeled)

1/2 small Apple

1 inch (2-3 cm) Ginger root

Wash everything well and juice all your ingredients in a juicer. Drink immediately.

Yield ~ 2 cups
