Grapefruit, Mango and Spinach Smoothie

1/2 cup chunks fresh Mango (unpeeled)

1/2 Grapefruit (peeled)

1/2 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

1/2 small Banana (peeled)

5 springs fresh Parsley leaves

1 teaspoon Chia seeds

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add ingredients to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 175 kcal
