Pear, Spinach and Wheat Grass Smoothie

1 small Banana (peeled)

1 small Pear

1/2 cup Raspberries

1 cup fresh Spinach

1 teaspoon Organic Wheat Grass Powder

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add ingredients to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 235 kcal

Rich in following Nutrients – 12.1 gr Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium
