Mango, Kiwi and Carrot Protein Smoothie

1/2 cup chunks fresh Mango (unpeeled)

2 Kiwifruit (peeled)

1 medium Carrot (peeled and cut in chunks)

2 teaspoons Chia Seeds

2 teaspoons Hemp Seeds

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add ingredients to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 250-270 kcal
