Broccoli, Pineapple and Spinach Protein Smoothie

1 cup Pineapple chunks

1 small Apple (cored and sliced)

2 teaspoons Chia Seeds

1 stalk Broccoli (washed and sliced)

1 cup fresh Spinach ( washed)

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 200 kcal
