Pineapple, Chia and Hemp Protein Smoothie

2 cups chunks fresh Pineapple

2 teaspoons Chia Seeds

2 teaspoons Hemp Seeds

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Wash the Spinach well, add ingredients to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 250-270 kcal
