Cranberry, Spinach and Banana Smoothie

1 cup Cranberries (fresh or frozen)

1 large ripe Banana (peeled)

2 teaspoons Chia Seeds

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

2-3 cubes of Ice or 3/4 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Yield ~ 2 cups

Energy ~ 250 kcal

Rich in following Nutrients – Omega 3, 9 gr Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Folate, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium
