Grapes, Kiwi and Spinach Smoothie

1 cup Grapes

1 Kiwifruit (peeled)

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

2 teaspoons Chia Seeds

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Yield ~ 1 cup
