Raspberries, Pear, Spinach and Chia Seeds Smoothie

1 cup Raspberries (washed)

1 small ripe Pear (washed and cored)

1 small Apple (washed and cored)

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Yield ~ 1 cup
