Cantaloupe, Orange, Spinach and Hemp Protein Smoothie

2 cups diced Cantaloupe (rind and seeds removed)

1 small Orange (peeled and seeds removed)

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

1 Tablespoon of Hemp Protein Powder

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/4 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!
