Watermelon, Pear and Hemp Protein Smoothie

2 cups diced seedles Watermelon (no rind)

1 small Pear (washed and cored)

1/2 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

1 Tablespoon Hemp Protein Powder

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Creamy and delicious!

Yield ~ 1 cup
