Carrot and Pineapple Smoothie

1 cup chunks fresh Pineapple

1 medium Carrot (peeled and sliced)

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Wash everything well, add ingredients to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 140 kcal

Rich in following Nutrients – 4 gr Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Copper, Manganese
