Watermelon, Banana and Spinach Smoothie

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

1 cup seedles Watermelon (just the fruit part)

1 small Banana (peeled)

1-2 cubes of Ice or 1/4 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water.

Add ingredients to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 145 kcal

Rich in following Nutrients – 3.9 gr Fiber, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Manganese
