Spinach, Carrot and Pepper Smoothie

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

1 large sweet red Pepper (washed and cored)

2 medium Carrots (washed and peeled)

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Wash everything well, add ingredients to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 120 kcal

Rich in following Nutrients – 7.5 gr Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Manganese
