Grapes and Peppermint Smoothie

1 cup of seedless Grapes

4-6 fresh leaves Peppermint

1 cup Romaine Lettuce

1 medium Carrot (peeled)

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Wash everything well, add ingredients to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Refreshing!

Yield ~ 1 cup

Energy ~ 160 kcal

Rich in following Nutrients – Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Folate, Copper, Manganese
