Fruits and Veggies Juice

1 cup Kale

2 medium Carrots

2 large stalk of Celery

1/2 sweet red Pepper (cored)

1 medium Tomato

1/2 cup Blueberries

1 small Apple

1 small Pear

Wash everything well and juice all your ingredients in a juicer. Drink immediately.

Yield ~ 1 cup
