Spinach, Parsley and Ginger Juice

2 cups fresh Spinach

1/2 large Cucumber

1/2 small Lemon (peeled)

10 springs of Parsley

1/2 inch (1-2cm) of Ginger root (peeled)

Wash everything well and juice all your ingredients in a juicer. Drink immediately.

Yield ~ 1 cup
