Apple, Banana and Spinach Smoothie

1 medium Banana (peeled and sliced)

1 small Apple (washed, cored and sliced)

1 cup fresh Spinach (washed)

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water

Add everything to the Blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Yield ~ 1 cup
