1 small Banana (peeled and sliced)

1/2 ripe Avocado (peeled and pit removed)

1-2 cups fresh Spinach (washed)

juice of  1/2 lemon or 1/2 lime

2-3 cubes of Ice or 1/2 cup of ice cold Water or Coconut Water

Add everything to the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. Creamy and delicious!
